A thirty-ish woman who loves to giggle, travel, write and explore. I have a "bucket list" that reads more like a wish-list for countries to visit and a closet that gets more packed by the week. I have an unhealthy passion for shopping (hence the closet thing) but what I believe is a healthy obsession for shoes. I enjoy sports, home design, photography and cooking (both participating in and observing for all of these things).
I'm a domestic ex-pat, living in a vibrant city with a less than vibrant hockey team. Thankfully, my allegiances lie elsewhere. I'm not as thankful that I don't get to see my home team live as often as I would like.
As for the purpose of this blog, well, I'm really not sure. Every writing project has a different feel so we'll just see where this goes and hope for the best. I doubt there will be anything in common other than things I'm interested in - from casual observations to political opinions to why nachos are better than fries. Let's just consider this a way for me to chronicle all that is me at this point in my life. And with a pretty great job, Boy, friends and family I don't have too much to complain about!
